Return & Exchange Policy

At TOP GRIM, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the estimated shipping times for our primary regions:

  • Europe: 6-10 days

  • USA: 6-9 days

  • Rest of the world: 10-28 days

At TOP GRIM, we strive to ensure the best quality for our customers. As we use Printful to fulfill and ship our products, our return policy aligns with theirs. Please review the details below:

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

  • Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with your product, please submit a problem report to us promptly.

Special Conditions​

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Except for customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. For customers in Brazil, a purchase regret must be reported within 7 days of receipt, along with a photo of the item.

EU Consumer Notification

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
